Delivery Options

We offer delivery through Omniva, DPD, and Itella Smartpost, with the following options:

Parcel Machine Delivery – A convenient and contactless option for smaller packages.
Your order will be delivered to the nearest parcel machine, and you’ll receive a notification when it’s ready for pickup.
Home Delivery by Courier – Have your order delivered straight to your door.
A courier will contact you before arrival to ensure a smooth handover.

Delivery options, pricing, and estimated delivery times vary by country and are shown during checkout.

Delivery Timeframes

Orders placed before 15:00 are typically ready the next working day.
Standard delivery times vary depending on the destination:
- Estonia: 1–3 business days
- Latvia & Lithuania: 2–5 business days
- Finland & Sweden: 3–8 business days

Please note that delivery times may be affected by public holidays, high order volumes, or weather conditions.

Additional Delivery Information

Missed Deliveries: If you are not available at the time of home delivery, the courier will attempt a redelivery or leave your package at a nearby pickup point.
